Jamie Paratore is a visual artist and mother who finds inspiration in photography, music, and cats. Working with traditional, digital, and alternative-process photography, she explores the magic and the mundane in everyday life. Her work is rooted in connection—across time, through memories, and with the unseen. Drawn to small moments that hold big emotions, she captures the fleeting and the familiar with a sense of wonder.
Jamie holds a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University and an AA in Photography from Cabrillo College. Her work has been exhibited at the Cabrillo Gallery, the Center for Photographic Art, the Monterey Museum of Art, and Pajaro Valley Arts.
